We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Service Provider Onboarding & Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding service providers across multiple categories, ensuring a smooth integration process. Additionally, you will drive service orders by implementing strategic sales initiatives aimed at achieving business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new service providers across diverse categories, ensuring they meet company standards and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers to facilitate ongoing collaboration and service quality.
- Drive sales by promoting service offerings to potential clients and converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and negotiation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on onboarding progress and sales performance to management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or service provider onboarding roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
