We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call center team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Qualifications: Must be Intermediate Pass
Experience and Skills:
- Fresh or Experienced, both can apply
- Must be good in Communication Skills
- Customer Tackling Skills must be Good
- Management Skills are at a Good Level
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming or outgoing calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Services you are providing them
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and service updates
