We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Amazon Expert for the night shift, from 8:00 PM to 05:00 AM. If you are a night owl and are interested in a challenging and rewarding role, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Can handle Amazon Accounts and ensure smooth operations during the night.
- Resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to account handling.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Amazon account handling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
