JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to Maintain accounting records and doing bookkeeping on daily basis
Responsible for Verification of payroll sheets with source documents to make sure all hours were approved before payroll
Responsible for Recording Bills, Invoices, and Journal Entries in QuickBooks online
Responsible for bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
Responsible to manage accounts receivables and account payables.
Executing daily accounting, bookkeeping, and administration tasks
Understanding of GAAPs will be a PLUS
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
Candidate must be well versed with MS Office Pack
Perform other related duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance (ACCA, ICMA Finalist will be a PLUS)
3+ Years Experience in relevant Field
The candidate must have worked experience in QuickBooks. Certification in online QuickBooks is PLUS.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Selected candidate must be able to work in work from home environment in EST Time zone (8 Hours Shift)
Well versed with Zoom or Team meetings
