Visa / Tour Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Visa & Tour Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a female professional with a passion for customer service, travel planning, and international visa processes. As a Visa & Tour Consultant, you will assist clients with their visa applications, travel itineraries, and related services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Preferable 1+ years experience in visa consultancy or travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on visa requirements for various countries.
Process visa applications and online form filing, including document verification and submission.
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.
Provide information on travel destinations, packages, and special offers.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer personalized services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, travel policies, and destination requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Above all responsibilities will be operated in a team role.
