Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle front-desk responsibilities professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Provide after-sales support and customer follow-up
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and maintaining records
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics
Maintain customer databases and support CRM entries
Ensure timely communication between departments and clients
