Assistant Manager HR

The Assistant Manager HR at Shangrila Foods (Pvt) Ltd. plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization's human resource functions. While this position does not require managing a team, it involves collaboration with various departments to strengthen HR operations and facilitate the onboarding of new hires successfully.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute a comprehensive recruitment process by leveraging diverse channels for sourcing candidates.
Utilize competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate potential employees and match them to open positions.
Conduct job analysis to create and update job specifications and job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required.
Organize and coordinate pre-employment tests for candidates nationwide to assess their skills and fit for the organization.
Handle the HR career email to manage inquiries and applications efficiently, providing timely responses to candidates.
Maintain system compliance with respect to the quality of data in the ERP and HR records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
Assist the Line Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Identify areas for system improvement or development within HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform market research and risk-based analysis to support talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.
Foster a team-oriented environment by collaborating with colleagues across functions to achieve HR objectives.
