Your Role:
- As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find their dream properties and making profitable investments. Your daily tasks will include:
- Market Research: Identify investment opportunities & trends
- Property Showcasing: Arrange & conduct property tours
- Client Assistance: Guide buyers, sellers & investors with expert advice
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Help clients secure the best price
- Marketing & Sales Strategies: Promote properties effectively
- Transaction Coordination: Work with banks, legal teams & stakeholders
- Building Relationships: Establish long-term client connections
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate / A-Level
- Experience: 1+ year in real estate, sales, or a related field
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation & sales abilities
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office & CRM software (a plus!)
- Driven & Customer-Focused: Passion for sales & client success
