We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a young individual passionate about sales and growth opportunities within the paint and cement industry.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers within the local area to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations, explain features and benefits, and address customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide regular market feedback and report on competitor activities.
Requirements:
Experience: Cement & Paint Industry.
Education: FA/BA pass (or equivalent).
Age: 20-32 years.
