Recording of entries (Receipts & Payments) in Financial System.
Processing of Head Office utilities, vendors and administrative payments.
SCOPE, SCRC Trails & Beneficiaries Payments.
Processing & Payments of IPD and OPD bills.
Recording of donation expenses.
Preparation of bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis.
Resolution and follow-up of reconciling items.
Performing duties of document controller.
Payment processing to the restricted account beneficiaries.
Facilitated in retravel of financial data when demanded by tax authorities.
Ensured deposit of cheques to beneficiaries’ bank accounts.
Coordination with related parties on monthly basis for reconciliation.
Timely submission of Withholding tax and Sales tax Withheld into Government treasury.
Filing of Quarterly Withholding tax return and Monthly Sales tax return on timely basis.
Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager.
