Liaison and Collaboration:

Increase collaboration with Business Chambers, Trader Unions, and Clubs to perform joint activities for mutual benefits and enhance fundraising opportunities.

Network Expansion:

Establish connections with popular Malls, Brands, Chemists, and Food Chains to expand the donation box network in the twin cities, and subsequently, in other major cities.

Campaign and Event Management:

Plan and conduct Medical Camps, while exploring potential donors for their successful execution.
Organize and execute campaigns for tree plantation, cleanliness drives, and food distribution at the community level.

Donor Outreach:

Reach out to and secure donors for Hand Pumps, Water Supply Schemes, and Food Package Campaigns.
Engage individual donors to support various events and fundraising activities.
Identify new major donor prospects (Institutional, Individual, Corporate) and develop cultivation strategies to convert them into active supporters.

Ramazan and Qurbani Campaigns:

Achieve annual financial targets for Ramazan and Qurbani Campaigns by engaging relevant donors and ensuring their successful implementation.

Grassroots Fundraising:

Meet Indigenous Fundraising targets at the grassroots level through donation box initiatives.

Donor Relationship Management:

Ensure timely follow-up with donors after receiving financial commitments, including donation acknowledgment and implementation of donor recognition activities.

Meeting Documentation:

Prepare and share meeting minutes with supervisors for all conducted meetings.

Event Participation:

Organize and attend non-profit events, while networking with relevant stakeholders to promote fundraising initiatives.

Campaign-Specific Objectives:

Adapt responsibilities during specific campaigns (e.g., Ramazan Campaign) to prioritize campaign-specific targets and objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform any other official tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
