Manage end-to-end procurement processes for general supplies, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery at competitive costs
Oversee import operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and timely processing of documentation (LCs, shipping, customs clearance, etc.)
Lead pharmaceutical procurement using a data-driven approach—monitor consumption trends, stock levels, supplier performance, and pricing
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external procurement audits, prepare documentation, and address audit observations
Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base; evaluate vendor performance regularly in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service
Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for management, highlighting KPIs, risks, and areas of improvement
Collaborate closely with finance, warehouse, pharmacy, and user departments to align procurement plans with organizational goals
Support the development and implementation of cost-saving strategies without compromising quality and compliance
Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing fluctuations to inform sourcing decisions
Identify process improvement opportunities in procurement workflows and recommend automation or system enhancements
Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness in ERP systems and procurement records for audit-readiness
