- Develop and execute clinical quality assurance programs.
- Conduct clinical investigation, and site audits and generate audit reports accordingly.
- Plan, coordinate and implement quality management and improvement programs for the healthcare facility.
- Ensure clinical processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
- Participate in planning, development, coordination, presentation of specific trainings and educational programs, as appropriate for the organization’s requirements to improve quality and patient safety.
- Assist in developing strategies and policies for the quality program to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness, and for facilitating feedback to enable operations to take more proactive approaches.
- Keep up-to-date with all the related quality legislation and compliance issues.
- Assist and/or lead activities in the areas of quality assurance audits, monitoring, and reporting.
- Facilitate ongoing quality improvement using risk-based methodology, while maintaining compliance with applicable study protocols, quality system regulations and ISO/JCIA standards, where applicable.
- Analyze, and evaluate available data and prepare written audit reports of findings & observations to be shared with senior management as required.
- Conduct internal quality audits for all hospital departments.
- Assist Director Quality Assurance and assist Director quality assurance in JCIA preparation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for sentinel events.
- Review adverse drug reaction and adverse events.
- Conduct periodic audits for the compliance of Joint Commission International Accreditation.
