• Facilitate and assist patients throughout their hospital visit
  • Guide patients, attendants, and visitors courteously and professionally
  • Ensure respectful and culturally sensitive interactions
  • Attend and address patient complaints promptly
  • Provide immediate resolutions and escalate when necessary
  • Respond to complaints in writing where required
  • Maintain and update the complaint management system regularly
  • Ensure proper closure of complaints by interacting with patients, attendants, and relevant departments
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys to evaluate hospital services
  • Ensure maximum outreach to patients and families for service improvement
  • Work with hospital departments to resolve service delays and communicate updates to patients and families
  • Manage and maintain records of written and verbal complaints, generating reports as per management requirements
  • Oversee the mortuary facility as per hospital policy
  • Support hospital-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and satisfaction
