Coordinate and document Quality Council meetings on a quarterly basis.
Liaise with clinical and administrative departments on quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing quality and patient safety programs.
Monitor, analyze, and report quality and performance indicators.
Implement risk management strategies and process redesigns to minimize adverse events.
Support accreditation readiness (JCI and PHC) through training, audits, and compliance monitoring.
Collaborate regularly with the Quality Assurance department of SIHL Islamabad.
Develop tools and dashboards for tracking progress and outcomes.
Draft and update quality policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct departmental audits and participate in tracer activities and executive rounds.
