Conducts detailed inspections of patient rooms before the arrival of the patient.
Ensures cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet hospital and brand standards.
Checks that all amenities, linens, and in-room technology (lighting, TV, minibar, etc.) are in perfect condition.
Identifies and reports any defects, damages, or maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
Works closely with environmental services to ensure timely turnover of rooms.
Communicates any deficiencies to maintenance and follows up on timely resolution.
Assists in training environmental services staff on quality standards and best practices.
Monitors room readiness status in coordination with the front office team.
Pays special attention to all types of rooms for a better patient experience.
Ensures toiletries and other amenities are perfectly arranged.
Maintains checklists and records of room inspections and identified issues.
Ensures compliance with brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
Assists in developing and improving room inspection processes.
Reports trends in recurring issues and suggests improvements to management.
