Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording of acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation
Records fixed asset additions, transfers, write-off, and sale on monthly basis
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of fixed asset accounts
Monitor and track capital projects, ensuring timely capitalization upon completion
Prepare fixed asset-related financial reports and analysis for management
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS) and internal policies
Handle vendor payments related to fixed assets, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
Conduct periodic physical inventories of fixed assets and reconcile with accounting records
Monitor utilization of CAPEX budget and analyze variances on monthly basis
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of fixed asset transactions
