Preparing Employee final dues files and processing for final payment
Updating all new Employee's bank account details in the system
Preparation of invoices for salary disbursement
Preparation of employee petty cash vouchers
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees
Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with HR and other departments for accurate employee data
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
