Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals for staff, students, and visitors, adhering to established menus and dietary restrictions.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to prevent foodborne illness.
Maintain inventory of food supplies and place orders as needed.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with meal service and food delivery as required.
Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Middle or Higher.
Relevant culinary training or experience in a professional kitchen setting is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
