Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter employee data into HR databases and spreadsheets, including personal information, employment history, and benefits information.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Process employee paperwork, including new hire paperwork, benefit enrollment forms, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist with data entry for payroll and benefits administration.
- Generate reports and spreadsheets as needed for HR analysis and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong data entry and typing skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills:
- Data Entry: High speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Excel functions, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain organized records and files.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with HR staff and other employees.
