PKR. 35,000 - 45,000/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures, including patient positioning, instrument handling, suctioning, and tissue retraction.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist with patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, including monitoring vital signs and providing post-operative instructions.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory of surgical supplies.
- Assist with patient education and counseling.
- Maintain a clean and sterile surgical environment.
Qualifications:
- Matric or equivallent in Dental Assisting or equivalent.
- Current certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience in dental assisting, preferably in an oral surgery setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Skills:
- Clinical Assisting Skills: Proficiency in assisting with various oral surgical procedures.
- Sterilization & Infection Control: Knowledge and adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization techniques.
- Radiography Skills: Ability to take and develop dental radiographs accurately.
- Patient Care Skills: Providing compassionate and supportive care to patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, surgeons, and other team members.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
