Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Restock guest rooms with amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- Middle or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (if applicable).

- Cleaning & Sanitation: Proficiency in cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces and areas.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Customer Service: Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety and security procedures.
