Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Middle or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (if applicable).
