Key Responsibilities:
Teaching:
- Design, deliver, and assess undergraduate-level courses in [Specific subjects within the department, e.g., Medical Microbiology, Hematology, Radiology].
- Prepare and deliver lectures, conduct laboratory sessions, and supervise student projects.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies.
- Assess student learning through exams, quizzes, assignments, and presentations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
Curriculum Development:
- Contribute to the development and review of the curriculum for the department.
- Develop and update teaching materials, including lecture notes, laboratory manuals, and presentations.
Student Guidance & Mentoring:
- Provide academic and personal guidance to students.
- Supervise student research projects (if applicable).
- Assist students with academic difficulties and career planning.
Professional Development:
- Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of Medical Technology.
University Service:
- Participate in departmental and university-level committees and activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree in [Relevant field, e.g., Medical Laboratory Sciences, Radiography, Medical Imaging] from a recognized university.
