Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Instruction:
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, clinical instruction, laboratory sessions, and tutorials for undergraduate nursing students.
- Facilitate student learning in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
- Supervise and guide nursing students during clinical rotations, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and grade assignments, quizzes, examinations, and clinical performance evaluations.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
Curriculum Contribution:
- Assist in the development, review, and revision of nursing course content and curriculum.
- Contribute to the selection and development of appropriate teaching materials and resources.
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in nursing education and clinical practice.
Clinical Practice (if applicable/required):
- Maintain clinical competence in a relevant nursing specialty.
- May engage in limited clinical practice to enhance teaching and stay current with practice standards.
Scholarly Activity (Expected Participation):
- Engage in scholarly activities, which may include participating in research projects, presenting at conferences, or contributing to evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.
Service and Administration:
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to various committees as assigned.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to the nursing program (e.g., student record keeping, scheduling).
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the institution and regulatory bodies (e.g., Pakistan Nursing Council).
