Call Center Agent

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our US SPECTRUM AT&T team, experienced Spectrum/ DTV Sales representatives are required for Inbound Spectrum & DTV Campaigns, Xfinity campaign experience would be a bonus. Great Salary. KPI’s Commission & Bonus will Also be offered.

Key Responsibilities:.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
Document customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
