We are looking for a committed Shipping & Logistics Executive to join our team at our onsite office located in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. This full-time role operates during the night shift, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday, to align with the USA market hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating international shipping activities, ensuring smooth logistics operations and timely delivery of goods. This position requires a strong background in international shipping, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily shipping and logistics operations in accordance with the USA time zone.
- Coordinate shipments by liaising with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and vendors.
- Track shipments, maintain detailed and accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations as well as internal company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to promptly resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in international shipping and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
