We are looking for a talented Shopify Developer to join our fast-paced digital commerce team. In this role, you will lead the development, customization, and optimization of high-performing eCommerce stores on the Shopify platform. Your expertise will be critical in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly online stores that drive conversions. You will handle coding, custom theme development, third-party app integrations, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless store functionality and excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Customize and develop Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain Shopify stores with a strong focus on speed and mobile optimization.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and Shopify apps to enhance store capabilities.
- Optimize checkout processes, product pages, and overall UI/UX to boost conversion rates.
- Troubleshoot bugs, debug issues, and perform ongoing maintenance to ensure reliable store performance.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to implement updates and improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and customizing Shopify stores.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs and third-party app integrations.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus features, including cart customization and dynamic content.
- Understanding of conversion optimization techniques and mobile responsiveness best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD to interpret and implement designs effectively.
- Familiarity with speed optimization strategies and SEO best practices to enhance store performance and visibility.
- Experience with dropshipping tools like DSers, Oberlo, or AutoDS is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Pixel integration for tracking and analytics purposes.

This position offers flexible engagement options, including project-based or monthly contracts, with terms negotiable based on experience. Bonuses are available for early project delivery and for stores that achieve high conversion rates. This is a long-term opportunity involving multiple store builds and ongoing maintenance. The role is part-time, requiring approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, and is fully remote. Compensation starts at Rs30,000 per month.
