We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Agent to join our team at Shumailas in Lahore. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about communication and sales. You will play a crucial role in our business growth by calling potential leads and booking them with our consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company and handling customer queries.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Entering and updating customer information in the database.
Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information.
Engaging with chats from social media.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
