Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement: Engage with a minimum of 50 fresh, qualified leads provided daily. Establish a connection with potential clients through calling, and explaining our products and services in detail.
Booking Consultations: Skillfully book consultations with leads, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
Conversion of Consultations: Successfully convert consultations by providing tailored treatment plans that best suit the patient's needs. You should be adept at understanding client requirements and suggesting appropriate services.

Commission Structure:

Rs100,000 as monthly base
5% commission on sales.
With an average patient spending of Rs 50,000 per visit, there is significant earning potential.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry, will be advantageous.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
