We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our growing e-commerce division by managing and supporting daily operations across online marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include handling product listings, inventory management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
Ensure product details, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and current.
Provide top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in processing online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize listings and implement promotional strategies.
Monitor sales performance and generate basic reports to evaluate e-commerce metrics.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product enhancement.

Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Daraz, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
