- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for split ACs, ducted systems, floor standing units, package units, VRF/VRV, and chillers.
- Lead the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Supervise junior technicians and helpers during on-site work.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
- Document site work, testing, and handover reports.
