Call Center Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent for our B2B campaign. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively promote our products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales and service targets.
Update customer records in the company database accurately.
Log call details, including customer interactions and transactions. Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
Stay informed about promotions, policies, and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Skills:
