We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent for our B2B campaign. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively promote our products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries promptly. 
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets.
  • Update customer records in the company database accurately. 
  • Log call details, including customer interactions and transactions. Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Stay informed about promotions, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
