Signature Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Interior Design Site Supervisor to oversee the flawless execution of interior design projects in residential properties. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site construction and installation, ensuring quality, adherence to design specifications, and timely completion within budget. As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to bring our clients' dream homes to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
○ Oversee the daily operations on assigned interior design projects.
○ Manage project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
○ Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
○ Conduct regular site inspections, meticulously checking the quality of materials and workmanship against design specifications.
○ Document all project progress, including photos, logs, and reports.
○ Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
Quality Control:
○ Implement and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the construction and installation process.
○ Identify and address any discrepancies or defects in materials or workmanship promptly.
○ Collaborate with designers and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Logistics and Inventory Management:
○ Manage the delivery and receipt of materials and furniture to ensure timely availability on-site.
○ Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage.
○ Coordinate with vendors for any necessary replacements or adjustments.
Safety and Compliance:
○ Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
○ Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly.
○ Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Design Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing interior design projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and communication tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
