Production Manager - Print / Packaging

We are leading print and packaging company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Production Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
Manage a team of production staff, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, design, and logistics to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards and minimize waste.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in the print and packaging industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
