Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Early morning start
  • Maintaining HR Records & Forms
  • New employees' contracts, etc
  • Fortnightly Payroll & Journals
  • Liaise with Managers & Assistant Accoutant 
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Accounts Payables
  • Reconciliation
  • Record Purchases & Expenses
  • Record Sales
  • Ad Hoc Administration Duties
  • Minor receptionist duties
  • Prepare Cashflows
  • New customers & suppliers applications
  • Reportable directly to Assistant Accoutant

Essential qualities and experience:

  • Must be available - Monday to Friday
  • Must be available to process payroll every pay day (fortnightly, Monday)
  • Must have XERO software experience or similar 
  • Solid understanding of Office, particularly in Excel
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Must have an exceptionally high standard of integrity, work ethic, and understanding of business confidentiality
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Highly organised, able to communicate high-level information succinctly
  • High attention to detail and willingness to get into the nitty gritty when required
