Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
Develop and implement employee retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
Identify training and development needs and develop and implement training programs to meet those needs.
Provide HR support to employees and management on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in HR management roles.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
