Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell high rise commercial projects.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, businesses, and corporations.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Provide prospective clients with in-depth knowledge and information about our high rise commercial projects.
Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the unique features and advantages of our projects
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements

Maximum 3 to 5 years of Proven Experience in Project Sales High rise commercial projects
Market Awareness
Develop and maintain network with customers
