We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, as well as driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Should be very fluent with local and international norms. And should be able to speak fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Process orders and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in E-commerce sales and customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other E-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of local and drop shipping E-commerce models.
