Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Female Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and prior real estate sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial plots on easy installment plans, engaging with potential buyers, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
Present and promote the housing society’s plots and investment opportunities.
Provide complete guidance to clients regarding installment plans, policies, and benefits.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure future referrals and repeat business.
Work towards achieving sales targets and maximizing incentives.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales experience.
Strong understanding of property sales and installment plans.
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
