As a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Smart IS Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful completion of projects and aligning business objectives with technology solutions. This position requires a strong blend of project management skills and business analysis expertise, focusing on efficient project execution and effective stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and your proficiency in Agile methodologies will be key to your success in this role. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. You will not be tasked with managing a team but will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project charters and project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the project lifecycle, including Scrum framework practices.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure understanding of project goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans and activities as necessary to meet timeline and budget constraints.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues as they arise.
Conduct regular project reviews and status reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Utilize project management tools, such as JIRA and Azure DevOps, for tracking project progress, requirements, and testing.
Write detailed use cases and test cases to validate requirements and ensure project deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
Implement process improvements based on retrospectives and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and industry best practices to ensure project compliance.
