• Proven track record of success in a sales closing role, with a history of exceeding sales targets (2-3 years of experience).
  • Documented success in selling IT solutions or services, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO space.
  • Excellent cold calling skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, schedule appointments, and close the sale as well.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
  • Can lead a team of 4-5 agents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies would be a plus.
