Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in selecting watches and jewelry that suit their style and needs
Present product features, quality, and pricing clearly and confidently
Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and up to date
Manage stock levels and handle inventory with accuracy
Process sales transactions and follow up on after-sales services such as exchanges, repairs, or special orders
Prior retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
A professional, well-groomed appearance and customer-first attitude
Ability to understand and explain product features and value
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of luxury brands and current fashion trends is a plus.
