Social Media Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketer to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, generate leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of organic marketing, lead generation, paid advertisements, competitive analysis, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in utilizing various marketing and AI tools is a must. This is an on-site position located in Bahria Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Telegram.
Utilize organic marketing techniques to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement on various social media platforms.
Identify target audiences and develop strategies for lead generation specific to service-based industries.
Run effective paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices, and leverage the insights to drive marketing strategies.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including email outreach and lead nurturing.
Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and shareable social media content.
Utilize hashtag marketing strategies to increase content discoverability and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly those related to AI and automation.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience in organic marketing for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Telegram.
Demonstrated expertise in lead generation techniques for service-based industries.
Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
Proficiency in competitive analysis and the ability to apply insights to enhance marketing strategies.
Familiarity with email marketing techniques and best practices.
Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging and shareable content.
Solid understanding of hashtag marketing and content marketing strategies.
Familiarity with various marketing and AI tools and the ability to effectively utilize them.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
