Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with the company’s portfolio.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across enterprise sectors, including:
  • End-to-end data center solutions including design and delivery for encompassing compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and hybrid cloud infrastructure to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance IT environments.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Prospect and onboard new clients, developing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in targeted industries.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions from Smart Sustainable Technologies' portfolio.
  • Provide ongoing account management and customer satisfaction follow-ups, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.

3. Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position the company as a market leader.
  • Deliver detailed market analysis and contribute to the development of value propositions and bundled solutions.
  • Represent the company in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and pipeline development.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor junior sales and business development executives (if applicable), providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns, events, and digital promotions with sales goals.

4. Reporting, Forecasting & Target Achievement

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions via CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, sales forecasts, pipeline status, and revenue tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in business, IT, CS Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience in ICT, cloud, or systems integration industries.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including Cloud, Infrastructure, Datacenter, and Networking.
  • Experience working with vendor solutions from Microsoft, HPE, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, and similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365 Dynamics)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira)
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Experience with sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Proficient in communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Google Meet)
