Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and overseeing the preparation of financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for operating efficiency
Supervise accounting staff and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
Support the CFO with special projects and workflow process improvements
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Stay current on industry developments and changes in regulations
