We're looking for a Customer Service Representative
- Answer aftersale customer calls and messages about our farming equipment
- Keep track of customer problems in a simple spreadsheet
- Connect customers with our technical team when needed
- Help customers understand how to use their machines by sharing guides and videos
- Follow up with customers to make sure they're satisfied
Requirements:
- BS Electrical Engineering or DAE (Electric) (fresh graduates welcome)
- Based in Lahore
- Good communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to learn about agricultural machinery
- Patient and friendly attitude
