We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for international clients. The successful candidate will be skilled in campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting. A strong understanding of SEO is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams to deliver impactful marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Set up conversion tracking, including pixels, events, and audience segmentation, to ensure precise measurement and targeting. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness. Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and prepare detailed performance reports to inform decision-making. Research competitor advertising strategies to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives tailored to target audiences. Support SEO efforts by providing recommendations for both on-page and off-page optimization when applicable.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns for international markets. Strong proficiency in using Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager platforms is essential. Experience with ad performance and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager is required. A solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, and retargeting strategies is necessary. The candidate must be able to analyze and interpret campaign data effectively to optimize results. Excellent communication skills are important, particularly the ability to prepare clear and insightful reports.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles is preferred. Familiarity with landing page creation tools like Unbounce or WordPress is an advantage. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads will be considered a plus. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs130,000 to Rs150,000.
