We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead strategy, execution, and innovation across multiple brands and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Lead and implement social media strategies for various client accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Ensure that content, tone, and approach are customized to align with each brand’s unique identity and objectives.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team consisting of designers, content creators, coordinators, and community managers. Promote efficient workflows and maintain creative consistency within the team.
Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive social media strategies, campaign calendars, and content roadmaps that support client goals and business objectives.
Publishing & Execution: Oversee content scheduling, publishing, and optimization, ensuring adherence to platform best practices and client expectations.
Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include audience targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage audiences proactively to build and nurture strong online communities.
Influencer Marketing: Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and boost engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators, generate actionable insights, and prepare regular reports to communicate campaign performance to clients.
Process & Policy Development: Establish and maintain internal workflows, standard operating procedures, tone guidelines, escalation protocols, and review processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across accounts.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for selected clients, providing updates, gathering briefs, and presenting strategic plans and performance results.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices, trends, and tools such as Meta Suite, Creator Studio, Sprout Social, Later, and Canva.
- Experience in setting up, optimizing, and managing paid campaigns across major social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of community building, brand voice development, and social storytelling.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing creative teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing abilities.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and collaboration models.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a full-time, in-person role offering a monthly salary range of Rs120,000 to Rs180,000. Candidates must demonstrate professional proficiency in English to effectively lead meetings with international clients. The application deadline is July 14, 2025.
