Key Responsibilities:Visual Content Creation:
Design engaging graphics, videos, and other visual materials to captivate audiences on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Content Planning and Posting:
Develop, schedule, and manage posts to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Paid Advertising Management:
Create, launch, and monitor social media paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to achieve targeted results.
Performance Analysis:
Use analytics tools to track campaign success, analyze data, and refine strategies for improved ROI.
Community Engagement:
Actively interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal online audience.
Stay Ahead:
Keep up with social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to ensure innovative approaches to content and campaigns.
Proven experience:
Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in graphic design tools:
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of social media:
Familiarity with platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
Paid marketing expertise:
Hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns on social media.
Exceptional communication skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
