We are looking for a talented Business Developer to spearhead client acquisition and meet a monthly sales target of $5,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Proactively scout platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other marketplaces to find potential projects aligned with our service offerings.
  • Craft Compelling Proposals: Write tailored and persuasive project bids that address client needs and set us apart from competitors.
  • Platform Optimization: Regularly update and optimize company profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and attract more clients.
  • Expand Professional Network: Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with potential clients, participate in relevant groups, and generate quality leads.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Actively work towards achieving the monthly sales goal of $5,000 by acquiring projects in web development, social media, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication, regular updates, and delivering high-quality services.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and client requirements to position our services competitively.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar domain.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services, including web development, SEO, social media, and graphic design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive proposals and maintain client relationships.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools to track and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
